Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Hattie. To maintain a balanced energy exchange and respect for time, we have established the following refund policy. By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Refund Eligibility

Reiki Healing Sessions

As these sessions require dedicated time and energetic preparation, refunds are determined by the notice period provided:

  • Cancellation > 72 hours before session: 100% refund (minus transaction fees).

  • Cancellation 24-72 hours before session: 50% refund, or a "One-time free rescheduling."

  • Cancellation < 24 hours before or No-show: No refund will be issued.

  • After the session has commenced: Based on the nature of energy exchange and subjective experience, no refunds will be issued once the session has started or concluded.

Synchronous Online Session

  • Cancellation > 72 hours prior: 100% refund (minus transaction fees).

  • Cancellation 24-72 hours prior: 50% refund or a one-time rescheduling option.

  • Cancellation < 24 hours prior or No-show: No refund.

  • Post-session commencement: No refunds will be issued once the online connection has started.

Written Report

  • Before work begins: If you request a cancellation within 24 hours of booking and before the energetic work has started, a 100% refund (minus fees) will be issued.

  • After work begins or report is delivered: Since the process involves dedicated energetic labor and the delivery of a digital asset, no refunds will be issued once the energetic alignment has commenced or the report has been sent.

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital assets (digital art, books, PDF reports), all sales are final once the download link or file has been delivered.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please send a formal email to [hattie.mp.44@gmail.com]. Requests via social media will not be accepted.

  • Email Subject: Refund Request – [Date of Purchase] – [Full Name]

  • Email Body: Please include your full name, date of purchase, prices, service/product name, and a brief reason for the request.

3. Refund Methods

  • Credit Card / Digital Payments: Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Arrival typically takes 7-10 business days.

  • Transaction Fees: Please note that the final refund amount will deduct any non-refundable fees charged by the payment processor (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).
